Purpose of The Math Guru Brand Ambassador Program

The Brand Ambassador Program is a select, application-based community of loyal customers who actively promote The Math Guru Series.
Ambassadors are:

  • Experienced users of your products or services

  • Highly engaged VIP Club members

  • Passionate about sharing your brand with others

  • This is NOT open enrollment—it is earned through loyalty and application.

Eligibility Requirements

You’re eligible after

Applicants must already be VIP Club members AND meet ONE:

  • Option A — Product Loyalty
    5+ full-price product purchases

  • Option B — Tutoring Commitment
    3 consecutive months of tutoring/services

  • Option C — Combined Engagement
    3 products + 2 months tutoring)

Who is this?

Newly approved ambassadors who have met eligibility and completed the application.

Math Advocates are ambassadors who have demonstrated consistent engagement and genuine enthusiasm for The Math Guru Series by achieving 5 successful referrals. They are active community supporters who naturally share resources, help new VIP members get started, and represent the brand with positivity and authenticity.

Math Champions are highly committed ambassadors who have reached 15 successful referrals, showing strong loyalty and ongoing involvement in the community. They are trusted voices who provide valuable feedback, participate in ambassador challenges, and help shape new product releases through early access opportunities.

Math Guru Elite Ambassadors are top‑tier leaders who have achieved 30+ referrals annually. They are deeply invested in student success, brand growth, and community leadership. Elite Ambassadors mentor others, collaborate on brand initiatives, and serve as featured representatives across the website and social media.

Ambassador Responsibilities

Ambassadors agree to:

  • Share honest experiences

  • Represent the brand positively

  • Use referral links appropriately

  • Avoid spam or coupon misuse

  • Engage consistently (based on tier level)
    Follow brand guidelines

Not Eligible If

  • No real experience with products/services

  • Only seeking discounts or free items

  • Inactive engagement

  • Misuse of referral systems

  • Does not meet eligibility requirements

How to Redeem Points

Redeeming your points is quick and easy:

  1. Check your current points balance You’ll receive a monthly VIP Points Update email showing your total points earned.

  2. Choose the reward you want Browse the Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum rewards on this page.

  3. Submit a Reward Request Click the “Redeem My Points” button and complete the short form.

  4. Receive your reward Your reward will be emailed or applied to your next purchase within 24–48 hours.
